Woke up showered and got ready yo go to church. We attended services and went to drop off our aunt at her house before getting lunch.
(Morning: roast. Coffee, water)
Afternoon:
Had lunch at Olive Garden and returned home. Napped and when I woke up I played a bit with Gabriel and mowed the front lawn. Showered and practiced some things with the boys outside. Played catch with Gabriel.
(Afternoon: Chicken Alfredo, salad, chicken Gnocchi, dip. Water, coke)
Nighttime:
Changed Gabriel and we had dinner. After put the boys to bed and watched a show. About to go to bed. Training resumes tomorrow.
(Nighttime: water, cranberry and vodka, grilled cheese, cookie)
