Woke up and changed. Drove to Bayfair and caught the train to the city. Got to Civic Center and walked over to 1440. Started the training and it went well for the morning.

Afternoon:
Had lunch and rested a bit. Finished the training and went to catch MUNI to BART. Got to the station and put some gas in the camry. Got home to have dinner and play basketball with the boys.
(Afternoon: waterz sandwich, orange chicken, white rice, coke)
Nighttime:
Played MLB the show 25z had Gabe do homework and had the boys shower. Washed dishes and showered. Now watching tv until bed time.
