Woke up and changed. Headed to work and walked over to 1440. We did the training and participated in a building breakfast.

Afternoon:
Had lunch, took a walk, dropped off my ballot. Finished training and there was a hiccup at the end, oversight on my part. Have to fix it tomorrow. Caught muni to BART and came home. Had am early dinner and we were off to just hoops.
(Afternoon: Chicken wings, water. Capri sun. Shrimp Alfredo pasta, iced chai)
Nighttime:
Practice was good, came home. Showered and had the boys shower. Blue Jays won to go up 3-2. They go back to Toronto and play game 6.
I think it will be over on Friday. Blue Jays winning 8-5.
Now watching tv until bed time.
