Woke up and changed. Went to work. Walked over to 1440 amd did the training with Linda.

Afternoon:
Had lunch with Linda for her birthday. Came back and finished the training. Ran over to BART and came tk the car. Drove to praamd listened to the 49ers game.
(Afternoon : Thai Iced Tea, pad Thai, chocolate, water, cupcake)
Nighttime:
Got home, had dinner and took Javi to practice. Came home and showered and did some laundry.
(Nighttime: Tacos, Capri sun, water)
