Woke up and changed. Drove to Bayfair BART and caught the train to the city. Got there and walked to 1440. Did the morning training and listened to a union call.

Afternoon:
Had lunch, did the 2nd training. Caught muni to BART and came home. Picked up Gabe's things and headed over to the school to pick him up at basketball practice to take him to baseball practice.
(Afternoon: hot dog. Pizza, water)
Nighttime :
Dropped Gabe off, went to help coach practice for the Farms Red Sox. Picked up Gabe from grand came home. Had food and showered. Now watching tv.
(Nighttime: water. Beer. Grilled cheese sandwich. Soup)
