Woke up and changed. Grabbed my things and headed out to BART. Got to the city and walked over to my desk. Set up forum and presented. After took a break and had another meeting.

Afternoon:
Had lunch, took a nap. Had another meeting. Finished and walked over to BART and caught the train home. Got home and had lasagna and picked up chicken before going to Manny's.
(Afternoon: water, sandwich, coke. Lasagna)
Nighttime:
Had fun, the boys hit. Came home and washed dishes, showered and now relaxing.
(Nighttime: whiskey, water, fruit)
