Woke up and took a shower. Gave Gabe some waffles and I went to watch Primate. It was fun, after picked up milk and came home. Put things away amd we cleaned out the garage. I set up the tv to watch football while doing that.

Afternoon:
We picked up the exercise bike that our neighbor gave to us. I watched the Niners game and they won. After we went to do some shopping and get dinner.
(Afternoon: water. Beer, crackers)
Nighttime:
Had dinner and gilded clothes. Took a shower and now resting up for tomorrow. Training begins.
