New week, feeling dizzy

Morning:
Woke up ans changed. Got ready and headed over to BART. Got to the city and walked over to my desk. Not feeling well. But I made it in.
(Morning: water. Coffee)

Afternoon:
Had lunch and chilled. Took a nap to see of my dizziness went away.. finished work and came back home to wash dishes and get ready to take Javi to practice. 
(Afternoon: water, zoa, tuna sandwich, peanuts. Chocolate, chicken tacos)

Nighttime:
Practice was good. Came home and showered. Had a snack and watched a show. Going to bed early to rest up.
(Nighttime: water, cereal)
