Woke up and changed. Took the boys to school. Came home and made coffee and logged in to work. Attended forum and got ready to make lunch and get the boys.

Afternoon:
Picked up the boys. Had lunch and logged back into work for another meeting. After work I took Gabriel to basketball practice and baseball practice.
(Afternoon: water, spaghetti and meatballs, juice)
Nighttime:
Met my wife at Javi's basketball practice and she tool Gabriel home. I waited for Javi and came home. Had dinner and showered. Now watching TV until bed time.
(Nighttime: water, beer, sandwich, cookies)
